UrbanMALA Residence Bed & Breakfast Policy

Advance Reservations

Your reservation is guaranteed for the number of nights requested with your reservation charged to your credit card. We accept any credit cards. Payment of balance due is expected on arrival in cash or travelers checks, unless stated otherwise at the time your reservations are made.

Confirmations

All guests will receive email or call confirmation along with all necessary Host information and directions.

Standard Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are charged Php 500.00. The balance of your reservation fee is refunded if cancellation received 14 days or more prior to arrival date. On shorter notice, your reservation fee will be forfeited. Further charges may apply for "No Shows" or portions of a reservation not used.

Should you want to pay minimal cancellation charge of Php 100.00, you must rebook your room reservation for new dates or have an open reservation which is valid only for 1 year. We suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates to insure that the new dates are available prior to canceling.

Arrival Time

Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. If you are unable to arrive during check in time, please make arrangements 48 hours in advance. Check in after 10 p.m. is possible for reservations of two or more nights by prior arrangement only.

Parking

We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests. .

Departure Time

Check out time is 12nn Late check out is available at a rate of Php 100.00 for every 1 hour past 12nn .

Minimum Night Stays

We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year. Holidays and special events generally have a two or three night stay requirement. Nonetheless, please call or check our availability online, since one-night stays are occasionally available.

Rates

Rates are for single or double occupancy. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Meals

Choose from Full breakfast rate or Promo rate (without breakfast). We will be happy to prepare additional meals, at an additional charge, as requested.

Children

Children over the age of 13 are welcome provided that they are able to stay in their own room.

Pets

We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed until 10 pm only

Kitchen Usage

Guests are entitled to use our kitchen utensils and properties granting that they will leave those used items cleaned and in place. Consumption of LPG, damage kitchen wares, broken glasses will be charge accordingly.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking establishment. If you would like to smoke outside on the terrace, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the living area will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of Php 1,000.00.
